    A: The following are the steps:
    1. For Android, go to Settings > Apps > Look for the Q or the app you had installed > app > Storage > clear data > Then log in to the app again.
    2. For Firestick, go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed applications > Look for the Q app > Force close, clear cache, and clear data > Then log in to the app again.

  • How can we fix audio sync issue for Firestick?

    On the Firestick, Go to Settings & Display and sounds & Audio & Dolby Digital Plus OFF

  • What are the recommended settings for Firestick for optimum performance?

    The following are the recommended settings:
    1. Go to Settings > Preferences > privacy settings > Device Usage Data TURN OFF > Collect App Usage Data TURN OFF2. Go to Settings > Preferences > Data Monitoring > Data Monitoring TURN OFF3. Go to Settings > My Fire TV > Developer Options > ADB Debugging TURN OFF4. Settings > Applications > App-store > Automatic Updates TURN OFF
